PHY6239是一款具有高精度AFE的無線MCU。它具有低功耗32位處理器，8KB保留SRAM, 32KB OTP, 64KB ROM，和一個超低功耗，高性能，藍(lán)牙5.4/2.4G無線電。
模擬前端提供24位Σ-Δ ADC，最大ENOB 22.6位，具有針對精密傳感器測量優(yōu)化的功能和規(guī)格。可編程增益放大器(PGA)的增益為1x到256x。在ADC之前，還集成了一個輔助的多通道SAR ADC，用于一般模擬信號測量應(yīng)用。
